Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.

Within Nigeria – Returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.

International – All international purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an error with your order on our part, we’d be more than happy to honor an exchange/return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE HANG TAG IS REMOVED. 

Proof of Purchase:

Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards; sale items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified electronically of the status of your return request.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or an Indulge 247 Gift Card. When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund only on your Indulge 247 Card. If we choose to provide a refund:

  • Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit /Debit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your would be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card we’ll mail you an indulge 247 Gift Card. If a Debit/credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your Debit/Credit card Account.
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or promotional items (when a discount code is applied) cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you request an exchange for the same item, please contact Customer Care via email at: [email protected]

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
